With this pneumatic linear unit, considerable loads can be moved very quickly. Due to the special guiding, transverse forces up to 600 N are no problem. The very short end damping allows a controlled movement of the load. The cylinder becomes a very efficient height adjustment, which can be used in many fields.
This pneumatic cylinder allows for adjustable stroke end-positioning and operates in both directions.
This product allows you to pull a medium (e.g. air, oil) through the center of the pneumatic, creating a vacuum. The suction process can be designated as continuously on, on only in extension, or on only in compression. This pneumatic is designed for filling or vacuum designs and not for standard pneumatic designs.
The application of the piston rod allows for a controlled turn during the push-in and push-out movement. The degree of the turn movement can be specified according to the customer’s application. Depending on your application, you may also request the piston rod be secured against rotation.
The compact cylinder is unique due to its small installation parameters, optimized by the disappearing piston rod. Despite its small size, loads up to 4,000kg can be lifted. The connecting parts have also been adapted to these parameters.
